Remember the Declaration of Independence
July 4th, 1776- A Declaration of Independence
245 years ago, a group of extraordinary men met in Philadelphia to ratify and adopt a document that would dissolve the colonial ties between the thirteen colonies and the British Crown. This document is the instrument by which the United States of America was created. The Declaration of Independence is quite simply, a work of art. It sets forth the “American Mission Statement”:

The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America, When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

The idea is that we as a nation are one people- Americans. It does not matter where you are from, who you worship, or the ideas you have; we are all equal. We are not only equal, but we are entitled to Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness. Also, that these are self-evident truths and inalienable rights. Before this document was created, these principles were not acknowledged. With this framework, for 245 years America did embody and espouse these principles. However, as a nation we now find ourselves overtaken by the absence of independence.
2021 America-Freedom of Thought and Belief Are Under Attack
Freedom of thought and belief. These rights are under assault and in danger of being lost. Taken away by tyrannical liberals and their army of lemmings. Freedom of thought or belief in anything other than liberalism is punished. America is under attack from within. It is more important than ever to preserve these ideals, and continue believing in our right to independent thought and independent belief. It is our patriotic duty to combat the tyranny of American liberalism:
…That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, –That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government…

Independent thought and independent belief are vilified in the “woke” society that America has been afflicted with. Cancel culture is about the mob and the mob’s mentality. To question it, to dissent in the slightest is forbidden. Dissent is punished and mocked by a “cancel culture” comprised of lemmings. A culture war has been declared by the left and their “woke” army of lemmings on any dissenting opinion or belief. There has been a fundamental shift from the principles that America once represented: independence, freedom, and equality.
In order to combat this threat to America and preserve our rights as Americans, we must never forget and always remember the Declaration of Independence. We must embody and if necessary, fight to defend our rights as Americans. We must be strong and determined, just as America’s founders were.
